Abstract

The article discusses the findings of the research entitled "A Study of Two Levels of Bread Enrichment in Children's Diets." Medical numerical ratings are based on scores given on such factors as skin, pallor, musculature, posture, plantar contact, skeletal status, dental status, soft tissues of the mouth, luster of the hair, nervous habits and appearance of resistance to fatigue. It was evident that as a markedly improved diet was introduced in an institution with initially a poor regimen, the medical scores improved, with a continuance of the improvement for a time, even when the diet became somewhat less favorable.
