Abstract

This article discusses a study conducted in the Saudi public sector that examines the relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, work environment, and turnover intention. The study finds that organizational commitment has a significant impact on job satisfaction and turnover intention. It also identifies job satisfaction and work environment as mediators in this relationship. The findings suggest that creating a supportive work environment and prioritizing employee job satisfaction can help reduce turnover intention and retain top talent in public organizations.
