SBCCI 2022 special issue.

This document is a special issue of the journal Analog Integrated Circuits & Signal Processing, featuring extended versions of selected papers presented at the 35th Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems Design (SBCCI'22). The symposium, which focuses on integrated circuits and systems design, was held virtually due to travel restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic. Out of 74 submitted papers, 47 were chosen for presentation, including 11 invited papers. The special issue includes seven of the best papers, covering topics such as RF neuromorphic spiking sensors, rectification methods for US-powered IMDs, capacitance-to-digital converters, physical cloning attacks on SRAM PUF, MCSoC platforms, defect simulation frameworks for analog circuits, and error resilience evaluation of VVC decoders.
