Abstract

The stable operation of control and control modules of electrical systems for aviation, space, and nuclear-industry facilities, as well as special equipment, directly depends on the quality of the power supply to which they are connected. This article presents the results of studies of the operation of the feedback circuit as part of isolated secondary power sources under the influence of radiation and the dependence of the output voltage on the absorbed dose, and it also presents options for the implementation of the feedback circuit, allowing a significant increase in the level of resistance to special external factors to be achieved.
