ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

The paper presents the issue of environmental protection, and human impacts as environmental protection and planning is a foundation for sustainable development. Hence, this paper aims to examine environmental protection for sustainable development. For this study, data from secondary sources were from the print media, the internet, and analysis of academic research. The paper observes that the interaction between man and the environmental system is responsible for its sustained development and these protective measures prevent our environment's degradation. Therefore, the paper recommends government policies that mandate companies/factories into recycling to installing collection points or stalls where people can take recyclable wastes in exchange for cash or gift items to encourage people to partake in protecting the environment.
