Abstract
- In the article, the authors present the results of their study on the incidence of leukemia in children living near nuclear power plants (NPP) in Germany in 2004 to 2019 to analyze the relationship of residential distance, plant operational status, and leukemia. Based on the results, the incidence of leukemia in children under 15 years old who lived near operational NPPs is higher than those at farther distance.
