- The article provides information about the village of Graach, which is home to one of the finest Riesling producers in the world, Weingut Willi Schaefer. Christoph Schaefer and his wife Andrea have been leading the winery since 2015, continuing the family's centuries-old tradition of viticulture. The Schaefer family is known for producing kabinett, spätlese, and auslese Rieslings from the steep slate slopes of the Mosel region, with a focus on balancing bright acidity with graceful sweetness.
