A multi-buffer congestion resolution scheme using prioritization and shortest path algorithms.

With the spread of the Internet and a large number of network users, the problem of congestion on the network has arisen. This paper presents a strategy to reduce network congestion using clustering algorithms, K-means, and shortest path algorithms. The paper aims to solve the problems of congestion control, access to quality of service, reduce time wasted when sending and receiving network users, take advantage of network devices, and provide quality of service without data loss.
