Abstract: The article presents a report on severe Bartonella (B.) quintana infections among persons experiencing unsheltered homelessness in New York City (NYC) from January 2020 to December 2022. Topics include cases of B. quintana infection that occurred among persons experiencing unsheltered homelessness in NYC, possible outcomes of B. quintana infection, and demographic information, clinical features, risk factors, and outcomes of persons experiencing homelessness with B. quintana infection.
