Abstract: The article focuses on a case report of hepatotoxicity caused by therapeutic doses of acetaminophen in a frail and malnourished elderly patient. It discusses the risk factors for acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity in such patients, the challenges of dosing adjustments, and the importance of monitoring liver function tests when taking acetaminophen.
