Design of Continuous Cartoner for Fine Laminated Carton and Bottles.

In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual cartoning and large area of production line in the winery, a continuous vertical cartoner was designed. Vertical ring layout was adopted in the machine, wine bottles and wine boxes can be directly packed without dumping after sorting equidistant; the tower multi-station layout was adopted in cartoning module, and the 8-head cartoning actuator was independent of each other for non-stop cartoning; the mode of grabbing can reduce the impact of the cartoning process to realize the smooth cartooning of wine bottles. On this basis, the contour line of the cylindrical cam was designed according to the cartoning process, and the cylindrical cam was optimized by curve fitting method, and the simulation analysis of the cartoning mechanism was carried out. The results show that the acceleration curve of the boxing actuator is relatively smooth and the structure is reasonable, which meets the cartoning requirements.
