Abstract

Compound B 3 b exhibited antifungal activity against I F. solani i at MIC 64 g/mL; compound B 4 b exhibited antifungal activity against I A. panax i and I F. solani i at MICs of 32 and 64 g/mL, respectively. Subfraction 2.1 was separated by semipreparative reverse-phase HPLC using CH SB 3 sb CN-H SB 2 sb O, from 20:80 to 80:20 as the mobile phase to yield compounds B 1 b (5 mg), B 3 b (15 mg), and B 4 b (10 mg). The results indicated that among the test compounds B 1-5 b , compound B 1 b exhibited antifungal activity against I F. solani i at the MIC 64 g/mL; compound B 2 b displayed antifungal activity against I P. cucumerina i , I F. oxysporum i , I F. solani i , and I A. panax i at MICs of 32, 64, 64 and 64 g/mL, respectively.
