I Conclusions: i The variability of CHD and aneurysm presentations in patients with NOTCH-related disease indicate that these genes should be included in any aortopathy or arterial disease gene testing strategy. In patients with underlying connective tissue disease, such as Loeys-Dietz syndrome, vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and Marfan syndrome, dissecting pseudoaneurysm should be considered in the differential diagnosis.
