The pre-filled cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein when the administration device is configured such that when the administration device is engaged with the delivery device: the administration device establishes fluid communication between the package and the delivery device, thereby allowing withdrawal of beneficial agent from the package to the delivery device; and thereafter, when removed from the coupler, allows administration of the beneficial agent from the delivery device to a subject through the administration device.
