Abstract
- The evolution of formwork pressure generated by SCC of different composition at various temperatures from 10 to 30°C was investigated. Both temperature and w/c influences static yield stress g<subscript>s</subscript> and thixotropy factor A<subscript>T</subscript> of SCC, with a more important factor being the w/c. Static yield stress g<subscript>s</subscript> of SCC is higher the higher the w/c and the temperature are. Static yield stress gs nonlinearly increases in time, slows down with time. Thixotropy factor A<subscript>T</subscript> of SCC decreases with temperature decrease. Initially, the pressure of SCC on the formwork is directly proportional to the temperature of the SCC as dynamic yield value g decreases with increasing temperature. After 20 minutes, the pressure on the formwork of the SCC is inversely proportional to the temperature. SCC at higher temperatures faster build-up a structure capable of carrying loads and obtain higher static yield value g<subscript>s</subscript>. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
