An interview with interior designer Nicole Hirsch is presented. She tells about her renovation project of a detached home built in the 1990s in Massachusetts. She explains that the owner aimed to enhance the functionality of the dining room to accommodate a sizable family gathering. When asked about the project's challenges she says that each room presented a distinct challenge, but one of the most intricate tasks was installing the massive marble slab on the sitting room's fireplace.
