Abstract
- The author reflects on being appointed at Blanchelande College as Head of Inquiry-Based Learning in September 2021 and being the first librarian in the college's history. He mentions the shortlisting of Blanchelande in May 2023 for the School Library Association (SLA) Enterprise of the Year Award in May 2023, the significance of the library to the educational process at Blanchelande, and the creation of FOSIL in 2011 and the FOSIL Group, an international community of educators, in 2019.
