Abstract

The article discusses a legal case Taylor v. McDonough, involving a veteran, Mr. Taylor, who had a service-connected disability resulting from his participation in a secret military program. It mentions that due to a secrecy oath that prevented him from filing a claim earlier, Mr. Taylor argued for an earlier effective date for his VA benefits.
