Abstract
- The Unified Patent Court (the UPC) will soon open its doors to litigants and harmonise what used to be diverse domestic concepts of patent law. Its jurisprudence will undoubtedly be influenced by the various national practices. To shed light on what the future may look like, practitioners and academics met in Luxembourg to discuss the status quo and perspectives of European patent enforcement. The conference featured panels on important topics in patent enforcement followed by in-depth discussions between the panellists and the audience. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
