Due to perceivedflexibilty in dealing with uncertainity Intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) notions are proven to be one of the highly effective tool in many application fields than existing fuzzy set. This research paper describes a modified intuitionistic fuzzy information measure and application to decision-making problem based on fuzzy TODIM methodwhen there is a partial information of weight. Initially we discuss the fundamental concepts and operating rules of IFSs. Secondly, model is developed based on novel entropyand applied to a real-world case study examining supplier rankings.
