I Purpose or Learning Objective: i Lumbar facet synovial cysts are seen in degenerative arthropathy and can cause disabling radiculopathy. We compared radiologic parameters of patients who presented with significant clinical improvement after CT-guided synovial cyst rupture with those who did not, to establish possible prognostic factors. A low-risk nonsurgical and minimally invasive management option includes computed tomography (CT)-guided injection of diluted contrast and anesthesia/corticosteroid for its rupture.
