성문위기도기 인후두 튜부(SALT)를 이용한 기관내삽관 유용성 평가 –마네킹을 이용한 심폐소생술 시뮬레이션 연구-.

The purpose of this study is to compare the speed, ease, and confidence of endotracheal intubation during CPR, especially during chest compressions, by using a Supraglottic Airway Laryngopharyngeal Tube (SALT) and a direct laryngoscope to achieve and suggest a way to effective professional airway management. The subjects of the study were 30 first-class emergency medical technicians, and an experimental study designed with a randomized crossover design was conducted, and SPSS 24.0 Version was used for data analysis. As a result of the study, during CPR, endotracheal intubation using SALT showed a significant difference in speed compared to endotracheal intubation using a direct laryngoscope(p<.001), and also showed a significant difference in confidence and ease(p<.001). When securing the airway for emergency patients, the use of SALT is judged to be a device that can effectively perform advanced airway management in difficult or diverse environments, including CPR, and it is considered that active introduction and education are needed at domestic emergency sites and hospitals.
