Abstract

Comparison of magnetoelectric properties of two-layer heterogeneous systems based on Mn<subscript>0.4</subscript>Zn<subscript>0.6</subscript>Fe<subscript>2</subscript>O<subscript>4</subscript> ferrite and PbZr<subscript>0.53</subscript>Ti<subscript>0.47</subscript>O<subscript>3</subscript> piezoelectric ceramics with ratio of the piezoelectric coefficient to the permittivity <superscript>p</superscript>d<subscript>31</subscript>/<superscript>p</superscript>ɛ<subscript>33 </subscript>= 0.06 and two-layer heterogeneous systems based on Mn<subscript>0.4</subscript>Zn<subscript>0.6</subscript>Fe<subscript>2</subscript>O<subscript>4</subscript> ferrite and PbZr<subscript>0.53</subscript>Ti<subscript>0.47</subscript>O<subscript>3</subscript>/epoxy piezoelectric composite with <superscript>p</superscript>d<subscript>31</subscript>/<superscript>p</superscript>ɛ<subscript>33 </subscript>= 0.07 − 0.09 was carried out. It was revealed that the magnetoelectric properties of the heterogeneous systems enhance with an increase in <superscript>p</superscript>d<subscript>31</subscript>/<superscript>p</superscript>ɛ<subscript>33</subscript> for a piezoelectric.
