The Whistling Face Syndrome -- Cranio-Carpo-Tarsal Dysplasia.

A boy with the whistling face syndrome or cranio-carpotarsal dysplasia is described. He had severely limited respiratory excursions, which apparently predisposed him to atelectasis and respiratory infections following general anesthetics.
