Building a comprehensive project-based curriculum based on the PBL teaching philosophy to meet the requirements of cultivating practical and comprehensive innovative talents in high-level, challenging, and innovative first-class courses in universities. Guided by STEAM and taking the course of "practice and innovation training based on ukulele" as an example, this paper designs the teaching objectives and content of PBL teaching, analyzes the corresponding teaching organization and teacher team construction according to the teaching characteristics, and conducts teaching research and practice.
