Abstract

This article examines the relationship between human resources practices, supply chain operational performance, and organizational performance in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. The study finds that cultural capabilities and training & development have a significant impact on organizational performance. The research suggests that modernizing SMEs with technology can improve industry performance.
