Purshottam Investofin has informed that in pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 230 of the Companies Act, 2013 that as directed vide order dated July 13, 2023 of the Delhi Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under sub-section (1) of section 230 of the Act, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of Purshottam Investofin (the Company or Transferee Company) shall be held through Video Conferencing ("VC") / other audio visual means ("OAVM") as on Saturday, September 09, 2023. An equity shareholder, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the cut-off date, i.e., Saturday, September 02, 2023 only shall be entitled to exercise his/ her/ its voting rights on the resolution proposed in the notice and attend the meeting of the equity shareholders. Voting rights of an equity shareholder/ beneficial owner (in case of electronic shareholding) shall be in proportion to his/ her/ its shareholding in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date.The above information is a part of company's filings submitted to BSE.
