Abstract

Letter of the month PERFECT FOR A EURO TOUR Thank you for Simon Hucknall's great article on the OE-type Vauxhall 30-98s in the June issue. I feel strongly that the ULEZ (News special, July) is a creeping car-possession tax and, once in full operation, can be extended to cover every vehicle using the roads of Greater London very simply by use of ANPR cameras. Regarding Vauxhall nomenclature (June), the 1923 "OD" model was titled 23/60 and had an RAC rating of 22.4hp. Vincent Hunt Comments & Clarifications June's Big picture of the SL production line states that the first, RHD car is "UK-bound" - a big assumption given the many RHD markets.
