Dupilumab reduced exacerbation rates, and improved lung function and asthma control in patients with asthma with Type 2 inflammation and irrespective of evidence of allergic asthma. Significant improvements versus placebo in lung function and asthma control were observed throughout the treatment period in patients with evidence of allergic asthma.
