- Reports on the complaints filed by Thomas Colo, owner of Advanced Auto Body, to the Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraisers Licensing Board (ADALB) stating that consumers have been defrauded by low-ball tactics in Athol, Massachusetts. Claim by Colo that ADALB has not followed up on any of his complaints; Effects when a consumer receives a low-ball estimate; Comment from a spokesman for the Massachusetts Division of Insurance that only policyholders and not appraisers nor shop owners may file complaints.
