Abstract
- The article focuses on end user of the technical reports, and his attitude towards similar scientific literature. Whatever the differences in the technical literature involved, however restrictive the conduct of scientific research, and wherever he is to be found, the consumer of research report services exhibits essentially the same reactions as those of other readers. He likes new ideas, personal attention, and an opportunity to express his opinion. Similarly, he usually dislikes maintaining files, receiving material he does not want, and waiting for long periods of time without explanation or reply.
