Presents the clinical case of a six-year-old boy with Goodpasture's Syndrome or pulmonary hemosiderosis with nephritis. Complaints of pallor, respiratory distress, and palpitation; Fever for a short time in the past three months; Onset of sudden coughing 10 weeks later; Blood pressure; Respiratory wheezing and rhonchi in both lung fields; Bilateral papiledema.
