Regional Cooperation in the Field of Scientific and Technical Information Within the European Community.

The article focuses on the paper on regional cooperation in the field of scientific and technical information within the European Community. The paper was presented at the 29th Conference of the International Federation for Documentation, Stockholm, Sweden on October 5, 1963. The first results of Euratom's action in the field of information and documentation within the Community are outlined with an emphasis on the interdependence of the European documentation and information centers, this interdependence being indispensable owing to the constant increase in volume of the information to be processed.
