Abstract
- Quasielastic deuteron and triton knockout from <superscript>6</superscript>Li and <superscript>7</superscript>Li nuclei that was induced by a π<superscript>–</superscript>-meson beam of momentum p<subscript>0</subscript> = 0.72 and 0.88 GeV/c was studied under conditions of full kinematics. The experiment was performed at the Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Physics (ITEP, Moscow) by using a 3-m magnetic spectrometer equipped with spark chambers. The distributions with respect to the momenta of quasideuteron and quasitriton internal motion, the excitation-energy spectra of residual nuclei, and the effective numbers of quasideuterons in <superscript>6</superscript>Li and <superscript>7</superscript>Li nuclei were obtained.© 2005 Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
