Abstract

Reports on an episode of reversible leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RLS), a rare brain disorder, in a 22-year-old male patient on chronic hemodialysis with well-controlled moderate hypertension who presented with de novo headache and generalized seizures. Patient's receipt of a kidney transplant 15 months after RSL onset and cyclosporine since the second post-transplant day; Need for the investigation for the presence of an underlying RLS by magnetic resonance imaging.
