Abstract
- This article explores the relationship between digital HRM and digital innovation on the performance of SMEs in Indonesia. The study conducted a quantitative survey and found that digital HRM and digital innovation have a positive and significant impact on SME performance. It also highlights the importance of digital capabilities and technological innovation for improving competitiveness and performance. The article acknowledges the challenges and risks associated with technology, such as job displacement and gender inequality, and emphasizes the need for fair and inclusive policies that prioritize diversity, gender equality, and workers' rights.
