A new financial crime: proliferation financing and China's countermeasures.

Today, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction remains a constant threat to regional and global peace. To organize the background of proliferation financing including the characteristics, methods, and development trends thereof, this study systematically and comprehensively analyzes the problems China faces in proliferation financing. The purpose is to put forward corresponding Chinese countermeasures to prevent the harm caused by the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. This is before its "lifeline" is cut off.
