Abstract

A reprint of the article "How to Design Product Pages That Increase Online Sales," written by Colleen M. Harmeling, Alexander Bleier, and Robert W. Palmatier, and published online at HBR.org on December 24, 2019 is presented. It discusses how carefully curating the content on one's product's Amazon page is key to boosting sales. Several steps that came out of the authors' research are offered including knowing one's brand and product, inventorying and auditing design assets, and creating the customer experience.
