Abstract

A monitoring method and system for electronically controlled transmissions of construction machinery is introduced. By using hardware such as processor, memory, human-machine interaction end and execution assembly, the monitoring system setting, monitoring system activation, gear calibration and monitoring result outputting are completed sequentially according to the control logic. The measured fast clutch oiling time under the standard input speed is compared whether it is within the reference time range of fast oiling to determine whether the current gear needs to be recalibrated. The system realizes quantitative monitoring of transmission shift performance, provides a quantitative basis for calibration and finally realizes that monitoring can be performed when the whole machine is stopped as long as the above conditions are met, saving time for monitoring and detection.
