Abstract
- The article presents a case study that describes tacrolimus-associated gastrointestinal ulcers in a kidney transplant recipient. Despite failed treatments, switching to cyclosporin and adding thalidomide resolved the ulcers. Thalidomide's anti-angiogenic and immunomodulatory properties likely contributed to the successful outcome.
