Integrated Management Platform for Industrial Enterprises.

Informational support for production management on the basis of an integrated platform for project and operational management is considered. The platform's software and hardware combines data fluxes and permits consistent management of the components in the production system not only of a single enterprise but of a group of enterprises working on a single complex project. When using the proposed platform, the business processes are observable and comprehensible; flexible responses to changes in external and internal production factors are possible; and the production processes may be monitored, with timely provision of information regarding the distribution, deadlines, and composition of the project tasks and those responsible for their implementation.
