Abstract

Photosensitive dyes eject electrons into vacancies through random transformations, and electrons may also be converted into oxidation dyes when they are positioned for a span of time depending on the depth of the orientation site relative to the conducting bond. In this paper we study Methyl Orange – Ethylenediamine Tetra acetic acid (EDTA)-Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium bromide-(CTAB)-system for the transformation of solar energy into electricity with excellent results. The photocurrent produced by the system was 145.0. The photo voltage was 750.0 mV and the power was 80.20 watts. The above technology has a conversion efficiency of 0.74% & it cannot be uses for more than 50 minutes in dark spaces.
