Correspondence: Psoriasis and coronary heart disease—not as severe as predicted.

First, both the duration from the diagnosis of psoriasis to the first angiographic diagnosis of CAD and the severity of psoriasis were not mentioned.[1] Indeed, previous studies have shown positive associations of the risk of CAD with the duration and severity (e.g. psoriatic arthritis) of psoriasis[2],[3] with no increase in risk of CAD among those with mild psoriasis.[4] Provision of relevant information would be useful for the readers in further understanding of the correlation between psoriasis and CAD severity.
