B Background: b Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a rare complication of solid organ transplantation (SOT) and is composed of a heterogeneous spectrum of predominantly B-cell disorders. At PTLD diagnosis, lung recipients were more frequently EBV-DNA positive (6/7) than those liver transplanted (1/11) ( I p i = 0.001).
