Abstract

Diffusion and activation of integrating processes for digital economy elements into economic systems is becoming a necessary condition for our country to reach a new level of ecosystem development corresponding to the sixth technological mode. In accordance with this mode, a new foundation for the economic and environmental growth of states will be formed in the next 20-30 years, based on the development of information technologies, ultra-high-speed digital telecommunications, new technologies for storing and processing information data, global intelligent information networks that ensure the effective development and reproduction of human capital, the development of environmental management technologies, including, of course, distributed data storage technologies. Based on the assessment of the emerging effects caused by the integration of distributed data storage technologies into the system of business operations, methodological approaches have been developed for formalized assessment and scenario modelling of the GDP growth dynamics in the new institutional economic and environmental conditions.
