Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of emotional rehabilitation combined with targeted nursing on the mental state and rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction received from January 2018 to January 2020 in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases respectively by the random number table method. The control group received routine care and the observation group received emotional rehabilitation combined with targeted nursing. The mental state and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant diference in Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) score, Short-Form Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Recovery score and Barthel Index between the two groups of patients with cerebral infarction before the intervention ( all P > 0. 05). After the intervention, SCL-90 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel Index were higher than those of the control group (aü P < 0.05). Conclusion Emotional rehabilitation combined with targeted nursing can eefectively improve the mental state of patients with cerebral infarction and improve their rehabilitation effect. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
