Temporary contraindication to chemotherapy due to toxicity: blinatumomab's effectiveness in paediatric patients with B‐acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

Another patient had an interruption of the treatment with blinatumomab because of hyperammonemia on the second cycle, but this patient had a portocaval shunt. Only one other patient had blast after treatment with blinatumomab, but this patient did not have myelogram before treatment with blinatumomab and had a prolonged interruption of treatment.
