PROMOTING FEMALE SPORTING OPPORTUNITIES WITHOUT TITLE IX: THE SPANISH EXPERIENCE.

The article focuses on promotion of female opportunities in sports in Spain, without Title IX. It mentions tools of public administration to facilitate and in some cases mandate initiatives for multiple entities to increase sporting opportunities for women and girls. It also mentions how the aspirational objectives for the proposed Spanish Sports Law have greater potential to achieve the social benefits of increased sports participation.
