THE COLOR(BLIND) CONUNDRUM IN COLORADO PROPERTY LAW.

The article addresses the problems created by the Colorado property law with the way people think and deal with race, its origins and legacies arising out of settler-colonialism and White supremacy. Topics include the emergence of Colorado's property regime in the context of the racialized wars of aggression in the state, a discussion of restrictive covenants or White supremacy found in real property in the U.S., and the ongoing maintenance of colorblindness in Colorado's property regime.
