Abstract
- The article addresses the problems created by the Colorado property law with the way people think and deal with race, its origins and legacies arising out of settler-colonialism and White supremacy. Topics include the emergence of Colorado's property regime in the context of the racialized wars of aggression in the state, a discussion of restrictive covenants or White supremacy found in real property in the U.S., and the ongoing maintenance of colorblindness in Colorado's property regime.
