Abstract

The article discusses the results of a study conducted by Epoka/Harris Interactive on the credibility of companies in communication with the French public in early 2023. It mentions that the study reveals that a large number of French population believes that companies are not vocal enough on the topics of energy and inflation, furthermore, two-thirds of the respondents believe that companies do not adequately address their concerns and needs on these issues through their communication.
